# Functions as a Planner

A planner is solely responsible for working with the visual, meaning they can only write back data. In addition to the write-back function, there are other features that facilitate the han-dling of the cBI Focus Planner. These functions are located in the upper bar of the visual.

To save progress, a "Save" button is available in the upper left corner.

Next to the "Save" button is the "Restore" option, which allows all changes made since the last save to be undone.

The Undo and Redo buttons enable planners to revert changes or return to the previous state.
